Using Code Login

Select Code Login, enter the linked contact detail, and follow the code request prompt. Use the newest code you receive.

Using a quick-login button

How to Reset a Forgotten M999 Password

M999 app places Forgot Password below the main Login button. Use it when you cannot recall the password instead of making repeated guesses.

1. Open the Login tab.
2. Select Forgot Password.
3. Enter the registered contact detail requested.
4. Complete the identity check.
5. Create a new password.
6. Return to Login and use the new password.

A reset does not recover access to a lost phone number or email account by itself. Use Customer Service when you cannot complete the contact check.

Note: Do not send a support agent your old password, new password or verification code.
